In northern Chile, the Atacama stretches like a world on the edge of reality. A barren expanse, shaped by relentless erosion, where rock and salt form landscapes that defy logic. Here, harsh light and deep shadows turn every formation into an ever-changing sculpture. At 5,000 meters above sea level, isolated lagoons host flamingos—ghostly figures in a place that seems unfit for life. The air is thin, the silence absolute. Only the wind hints at the passage of time. Through this photographic series, Kreatica captures the raw essence of Atacama—a place where nature dictates its own rules, both indifferent and mesmerizing.
